Fresh Broccoli Salad – from RS Newsletter
2 Cups broccoli florets
2 Cups cauliflower
½ Cup chopped celery
½ Cup green pepper
½ Cup red onion
¼ Cup grated carrot
---for Dressing
1 Cup Mayo
¼ Cup sugar
1 Cup grated cheddar cheese
1 lb crisp bacon
Mix all together. Add bacon before serving.
